Rosalynn and the Birds take 2

Here again we have Rosalynn, Goddess of the Four Winds, conversing with the creatures of the wing....Im no poet.

Ok heres the skinny The pic was done in pencil and watercolor. Then it was brought back into the puter for the BG which was done by PSP 7...and the final touch was the mosaic - antique. *sigh* I think this should be in scraps. I will have to try again some other time, maybe i will hand draw the BG
